What is Free Alarm Clock
Designed to set multiple alarms just like your cell phone does, Free Alarm Clock is a simple yet highly useful tool. Using the program is very easy; there is an "Add" button in place that you can use to create separate alarms with settings of your choice.
The program gives you quite a few options when configuring your alarms. There are a dozen built-in sounds that you can use for your alarms, and you can set separate sounds for different alarms. You can also add your own audio files to use as alerts. You can set each alarm to go off only on certain days if you want it to, and you can even configure each of your alarms to perform certain tasks, such as turning on your computer monitor or "waking up" the computer from sleep mode.
When the alarm sounds, you will both hear a noise and see a notification pop up on your screen. When it pops up, you can either choose to turn off the alarm or to activate the "snooze" setting.
Basically, this little program is very handy for reminding yourself about various things. It's very similar to what you would have on the average cell phone, and the program itself is very easy to figure out. It definitely doesn't offer all of the features that some of the alarm programs out there do, but it's nice for a simple, minimalist-style program.
